Their clients range from first home buyers and time-poor house hunters, to property investors buying in an unfamiliar area.

Buyers Agents generally charge an engagement fee plus an acquisition fee.
The engagement fee is typically non-refundable ranging between $2,000 and $5,000.
The acquisition fee is typically based on a percentage of the purchase price (normally ranging around 2%-3.5%).
